Terms of use

The Spatial Net is in public preview. Some surfaces are still filling in, and published records may change as source data is reviewed.

Preview access is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or remove features while we improve data quality, privacy controls, and operational reliability.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit private data, confidential client material, unlawful content, or content you do not have rights to share.

By submitting public factual listings, work samples, profile details, jobs, events, or opportunities, you allow The Spatial Net to display, index, moderate, and preserve them as part of the service.

We may review, hide, edit, or remove submissions that appear inaccurate, unsafe, spammy, rights-problematic, or outside the product scope.

Public listings can include links to third-party sites. Those sites are controlled by their operators, not by The Spatial Net.

A listed job, event, organization, grant, program, or tool is not an endorsement. It is a public or community-submitted record with provenance where available.

Deadlines, eligibility, and application rules should be confirmed at the official source before you act on them.

Paid employer tools fund the free community side of the service. Paid visibility never changes the privacy rules for individual practitioners.

Recruiter contact and talent features must respect user consent, account limits, and the anti-spam rules built into the product.

Paid employer and recruiter plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. A plan renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan, which opens a self-serve billing portal, and canceling is as simple as subscribing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid features stay active through the end of the current billing period.

Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a billing period after cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the support path linked in the footer.

We may change plan prices or what a plan includes. A price change applies to your next renewal, never the current period, and the new price is shown before it takes effect; continuing the subscription afterward means you accept it.

If a payment fails we retry it over a short window; if it cannot be collected, the subscription is canceled and paid features are removed. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your own country or state of residence.

We may update these terms as the product and its paid features evolve. For material changes we will give reasonable notice through the site or by email.

Continuing to use The Spatial Net after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
